1. Return Policy

• Can I return my order?
  We do not accept returns for:
  ❌ Change of mind
  ❌ Incorrect size selection (Please refer to the size chart before ordering)
  ❌ Color preference
  ❌ Minor variations in design placement or color (due to different screen displays)
  
  
• We only accept returns in case of:
  ✅ Damaged items (torn, stained, defective)
  ✅ Incorrect items (wrong size or design sent)
  
  
• Timeframe for Returns
  > You must request a return within 48 hours of delivery.
  > The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags (if applicable).
  
  
• How to Request a Return?
  1️⃣ Email us at orders@sacreddhaga.com with: Order number & Clear photos of the issue (damage, incorrect item)
  2️⃣ Once approved, we will send you a return shipping address.
  3️⃣ You must ship the item back within 5 days of approval.
  
  
• Return shipping cost: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

2. Refund Policy

• When do we issue refunds?
  Refunds are only issued in the following cases:
  ✔️ Item is lost in transit (not delivered within 30 days)
  ✔️ Item is damaged or incorrect, and we cannot provide a replacement
  
  
• No refunds are issued for:

  ❌ Orders canceled after production starts
  ❌ Delayed shipping due to courier issues
  
  
• Refund Process
  > If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  > The amount will be credited to the original payment method.
  If you don’t receive your refund, check with your bank first before contacting us.

3. Exchange Policy

• Since each T-shirt is made-to-order, we do not offer size exchanges.
• If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.
