Shipping policy
At Sacred Dhaga, we strive to deliver high-quality T-shirts to your doorstep as quickly as possible. Since we use a print-on-demand model, all products are custom-made after you place an order. Please read the details below to understand our shipping process.
1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 24 hours of placement.
- Once processed, the T-shirt goes into production, which takes 3-5 business days.
- You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another when it is shipped.
📌 Note: We do not process orders on Sundays or public holidays.
2. Shipping Time & Delivery
We currently only ship within India.
Total Delivery Time = 5-10 working days (based on the location)
3. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping: For all orders across India.
4. Order Tracking
- Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
- You can track your package on our Track Order page.
If you don’t receive tracking details within 7 days, please call/Whatsapp us on +91
5. Delayed or Lost Shipments
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
❌ Courier service issues
❌ Weather disruptions or natural disasters
❌ Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
Lost Shipments:
- If your order is not delivered within 30 days, we will provide a full refund or resend the item.
📌 Ensure you provide the correct shipping address at checkout to avoid delivery issues.
6. Address Changes & Order Cancellations
- Changes to shipping address can be made within 1 hour of placing the order.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
